The Role:
*Lead and scale global field service and technical support teams
*Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to enhance service delivery
*International travel to Europe and Asia to develop regional infrastructure
*Work closely with the CEO

*Strategic leader
*Strong experience in field service or customer support within industrial or capital equipment sectors
*Proven success leading teams and defining service strategies
*Strong technical understanding of complex systems and customer operations
