Harvesting Manager (fresh Produce)
East Yorkshire
£45,000 + Training & Development + Progression + Flexible days (5/7 - to include 1 weekend day) + Holiday + Pension

In this role you will be using your leadership, planning & people skills to ensure harvesting runs as efficiently & smoothly as possible. Duties will include distribution and organization of staff, championing health and safety standards and ensuring Supervisor competencies.
There is excellent industry specific training so candidates from any fresh produce management ( fresh produce harvesting or technical supermarket product management backgrounds) are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
*Harvesting Manager (fresh produce)
*Management,training & development of supervisors and employees
*Maximizing efficient harvesting
*Monitoring Health & Safety
The Person:
*Previous Supervisory / Management experience within a fresh produce / production environment (harvesting, Technical fresh product management )
*Analytical with the ability to champion industry best practices, a food safety culture and ensuring legislation and company policies are adhered to
* A strong, target driven leader with great planning communication skills who is passionate about driving teams forward through company growth and able to motivate workforce through efficient harvesting activities
