General / Production Manager (Construction)

$125,000 - $175,000 + Healthcare + PTO + Other Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager looking to join an industry leading pool construction company, where you will lead and oversee all construction operations within the company. This position is crucial to growing the company, whilst earning a fantastic salary with a great supporting package.

This Texas-based construction company is dedicated to transforming the pool building sector through their high-quality services, innovation and technology. They are one of a family of brands, with a fantastic reputation built over the past 40 years to put them at the forefront of their specialist market. They are now looking to recruit a General Manager for the DFW area to support their current and expected growth in the state.
This role focuses on managing and expanding operations within the Dallas-Fort Worth region, overseeing all operations and growing a team likely to be the industry leader in the near future.
The Role:
- Oversee all construction operations
- Support customers through meetings, designing and pricing
- Directly manage crews, monitor timelines and budgets, conduct site visits and quality checks, recruit team members
- Support the development and execution of company plans to meet long term goals
- Up to $175,000 Base Salary, Healthcare, PTO + Other Benefits
The Person:
- Proven track record as in a managerial capacity
- Experience within the construction sector
- Pool, Spa, Backyard construction familiarity preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel within the DFW area
