$100,000 - $115,000 + Bonus + Company Truck + Gas Card + Healthcare + Other Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager looking to join a highly reputable signage company, where you will oversee all production and field operations within the company. This position is crucial to growing the company, whilst earning a fantastic salary with a great supporting package.

This Texas-based signage company is dedicated to solidifying their reputation as the 'go-to' manufacturer and installer of custom signs throughout the state. As a trusted partner to many public and private clients, they boast an extensive history and impressive portfolio of recognizable signs. They are now looking to recruit a General Manager to support their current and expected growth in the state.
This role focuses on managing the production and field teams, overseeing operations and improving efficiencies within the business.
The Role:
- Oversee all fabrication and field operations
- Support estimating efforts to ensure quality of process
- Attend and contribute to production meetings
- Support the development and execution of company plans to meet long term goals
- Up to $115,000 Base Salary, Bonus, PTO + Other Benefits
The Person:
- Proven track record in a people management capacity
- Experience within the construction sector
- Signage familiarity ideal, understanding of fabrication preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel within the state of Texas
