Are you a Plant Manager or GM from a manufacturing background looking to take charge of your own facility? Are you looking to steer the direction of this location with comprehensive control over the day-to-day running of the plant?

On offer is an excellent leadership opportunity where you will train staff, direct the work force and oversee budgeting, inventory and scheduling. This key position will allow you to put your own stamp on the facility, and hone your management skills, through industry specific training and mentorship.

The role would suit a General Manager or Plant Manager, who is eager to take on a senior leadership position within an ambitious, high growth organization.

The Role:

• Taking charge of and directing the entire workforce.
• Oversee scheduling, P&L, inventory and training.
• Receive specific training and mentorship from industry experts.

The Candidate:

• Plant Manager or General Manager experience
• Budgeting / P&L Experience.
• Degree and MBA
