Engineering Manager (Fleet Vehicles / HGV / PSV / REME)
£50,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent Company Benefits
Kilmarnock, Commutable from: Glasgow, Kilwinning, Stewarton, Strathaven, Ardrossan
Do you have experience working as a Lead Engineer, Foreman or Supervisor and are looking to make the step - up into a manager's position?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to manage the engineering function in the garage, where you will take control of a busy workshop, managing a big team of staff and being responsible for the depot premises, plant and equipment.
This is a national company that is constantly expanding and are currently undergoing an exciting growth period, making now an exciting time to get onboard.
This position would suit somebody from a lead, supervisor or manager background looking to go off the tools and into a management role.
The Role:
- Managing all engineering function in the garage
- Managing all staff in the workshop

- Previous experience as a Lead, Supervisor or Manager
- Experience working in busy workshop of fleet vehicles
- Looking to progress
