As a Firmware Engineer Manager, you will lead the design, implementation and validation of a completely new protocol whilst optimizing and growing your team to drive R&D innovation.

The Role:

* Manage, develop and grow your team to deliver results
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organizations
* Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines and resources
* Hybrid work schedule in Greater Indianapolis

The Person:

* Hands on manager with experience leading a team responsible for wireless SoC Firmware Engineering
* Deep understanding of design and development flows, real-time constraints, concurrency and wireless networks
* Experience partnering with hardware teams
* Eager to join an early stage fast paced environment
