Office Based, commutable from Weymouth, Dorchester, Wareham, Swanage, Bridport, Crewkerne, Yeovil and Surrounding Areas

You will take full ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, improve processes, and influence key strategic decisions.

This company is a well-established manufacturer with over 4 decades working in the manufacturing of precision parts for a variety of industries. They are a growing business, that routinely invest in the training and development of their staff who can forge a career within their business.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and delivering meaningful insights that support business growth. In return, you will be given real autonomy, progression opportunities toward Finance Director level, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

This role would suit a qualified accountant with experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment looking to take the next step in their career within a growing UK business.

The Role:
*Oversee and manage entire financial operations
*Technical Progression
*Develop key financial strategy

The Person:
*ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ICAEW Qualification
*Management/Leadership experience
*Commercial and Business awareness
