Field Service Technician - Step into Management
Allentown, Pennsylvania (Commutable from: Easton, Nazareth, Northampton, Breinigsville, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Kutztown, Slatington)
$32 - $36 per hour + Training + Progression + 401k + Excellent Benefits Package
Are you a Field Service Technician from an industrial background, looking to step up into management at a market leading organization, offering management training and guidance to Field Service Manager level?

My client is a well-respected organization that has been in business for over a century. They are an industry-leader within an expanding market, and are now looking to guide a skilled Field Service Technician to Field Service Manager level.
In this role you will wear many hats. You will be working in a team of 5 and conducting mechanical work on a variety of industrial equipment at customer sites within a 2 hour drive. There will be occasional work being done out of state.
This role would suit a Field Service Technician from an industrial background, looking for management training, the opportunity to get off the tools and manage a team of 4 technicians, and lots of opportunities to further increase your earnings.
The Role:
* Work in a team of 5 conducting mechanical work on a variety of industrial equipment at customer sites within a 2 hour drive
