$70,000 - $80,000 + Plenty of Overtime (1.5x) + OTE of $100,000 + Field Role with Company Vehicle Provided + Progression to Site Manager + SEP IRA after 3 years (25% Match) + Excellent Company Benefits
Are you an experienced Field Service Technician with experience working on Oil & Gas equipment looking for a highly varied and interesting role with great earning potential?
This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously with a flexible schedule traveling to different oil and gas sites across the Permian, with potential to progress to management in the future.
This company is a family-run organization that specializes in the sale and service of a wide range of oil & gas machinery and equipment. Due exciting growth they are expanding their Field Service team and looking for the right candidate to head up opening their new site in Carlsbad in the future.
In this role, you will be traveling from site to site in maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing state of the art Oil & Gas production. You will be provided with a company vehicle, a flexible work schedule, and plenty of overtime opportunities.
This role would suit an Oil and Gas Field Technician looking for a stable and varied position that has excellent company benefits and progression to management in the future.
The Role
- 100k OTE and progression
- Troubleshooting, servicing and repairing Oil & Gas operation and production equipment
- Travel across the Permian Basin / Southeast New Mexico
The Person
- Expereince in Oil & Gas production
- Field Service Expereince ideal
- Willingness to travel long distances within remote locations
- Looking for stable career
