Are you a hands-on Field Service Technician looking for an autonomous role where you can travel, control your earnings and progress to management, working on the latest advanced industrial equipment?

On offer is a dynamic field service role, where you'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing, and piloting equipment at customer locations. You'll also assist production and operations teams, ensuring equipment is fully operational and meets quality standards. As the company grows you will be in pole position to Progress to Service Manager!
You'll work on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. The role requires documenting service work, maintaining service records, and collaborating closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams including Sales, Project Management, Quality, and Engineering.
This role would suit a Field Service Technician or Maintenance Engineer with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience using tools and diagnostic equipment, and a solid understanding of electricity, PLCs, and electromechanical systems.

The Role :
- Travel domestically to install, commission, maintain, and repair company equipment
- Conduct onsite diagnostics, assess issues, document findings, and recommend repairs or part replacements
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot equipment at company headquarters
The Person :
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience using tools, meters, and diagnostic test equipment
- Experienced with PLCs
- Familiarity with electrical motors and electromechanical components
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
