Facilities Technician
£31,000 - £33,000 + Monday to Friday + Days + On site Parking + Pension + Company Benefits
Rainham, Kent (Commutable from: Chatham, Gillingham, Sittingbourne, Aylesford, Maidstone, Faversham, Rochester)
Are you from a facilities/ maintenance background, looking for a Monday to Friday, days-based role with an established global manufacturer?
The company are an industry leading business who manufacture products for a wide range of sectors. They are known for their high-quality equipment, as well as their reputation for looking after their staff, which is reflected in their longstanding workforce.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for general and routine maintenance across the manufacturing site. Your main duties will include but are not limited to, HVAC, Pipework, plumbing, Electrical and carpentry jobs.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing environment, with general maintenance, facilities, electrical and mechanical experience.
The Role:
- Support with routine and general site maintenance (HVAC, Plumbing, fire alarm testing, carpentry etc).
- Carrying out tasks assigned by Health & Safety Manager
- Monday to Thursday 8-4:30, Friday 8-3:30pm.
The Person:
- Facilities, Maintenance Technician, Tradesperson or Multiskilled Technician.
- Experience within a manufacturing or production site.
- Good knowledge of H&S
