£35,000 - £40,000 + Days-Based Role + Van & Fuel Card + Company Benefits
Home-Based: Covering London to Guildford

The company specialises in the maintenance of both commercial and residential properties across the UK. Due to growing customer demand, they are expanding their facilities maintenance team to support operations in the South East.
In this role, you'll carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks across local sites, including minor electrical and mechanical repairs, basic plumbing, decorating, and outdoor/garden upkeep.
This position would suit someone with a broad maintenance background who is looking for variety, stability, and a company that prioritises its employees' well-being.
The Role:
- Carrying out a range of facilities maintenance tasks
- Working across commercial and residential properties
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
The Person:
- Broad background in general facilities maintenance
- Skills in plumbing, decorating, carpentry, or outdoor maintenance desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
