£27,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Holidays + 40hr Week + Benefits

Westminster, Central London

Do you have experience in Facilities / Property management and are looking for a new opportunity working for a world renowned building where you will be offered excellent working conditions and training while working in a close knit team.

This market-leading company provide facility maintenance services for a portfolio of listed buildings and which have a huge level of historic importance. On offer is a Facilities Coordinator role based in Westminster. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining equipment in the building such as fire fighting equipment and monitoring water hygiene. This company are happy to provide future training to the right candidate in a range of areas.

This role would suit somebody who has had experience working in property management, either in a administration or coordinator role who is looking to work for a great company who look after their employees.
