Fabrication Supervisor
Beckenham, Kent, commutable from Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham, Greenwich, Dartford, Orpington
£38,000 to £41,000 + Overtime + Annual Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Long Term Progression
Are you a skilled Fabricator with leadership experience looking to step into a hands-on supervisory role within a growing specialist engineering business, offering long term stability, training, and a clear progression route?
This is a key opportunity to lead a small but highly skilled fabrication team within a busy manufacturing environment, combining hands on engineering work with day-to-day supervision. You will play a central role in driving productivity, quality standards, and workflow efficiency across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The business continues to grow through increasing project demand, creating a stable and forward-thinking manufacturing environment. You will be supported with on-the-job training, management development, and clear long term progression opportunities.
This role would suit an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator or Senior Engineer looking to step into leadership, or an existing Fabrication Supervisor seeking a stable, long-term position with genuine development prospects.
The Role
- Supervise and support a team of skilled fabricators
- Work hands on with sheet metal fabrication and welding
- Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 1pm, with overtime available
- On the job training provided across fabrication processes, machinery, and leadership development
The Person
- Experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator or Fabrication Supervisor
- Background in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Confident leading teams and managing workloads
