£32,150 + £6,000 Bonus + 35 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 28% Pension + CPD + Wellbeing Day + Full Teacher Training Provided

Based at the Rotherham campus, you'll deliver both practical and theory-based training to a range of learners - from school leavers to adults looking to upskill. Full training and teaching qualifications will be provided, including support to achieve your Level 5 teaching diploma.


The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience in fabrication and welding, relevant vocational qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3), and a genuine passion for mentoring others. You do not need prior teaching experience - just the right values, practical knowledge, and desire to make a difference.


This role would suit a Fabricator, Welder, Plater or Coded Welder looking for a meaningful change and a chance to gain formal teaching qualifications while enjoying great work/life balance and a long-term career path.


The Role:

  • Full Teacher Training Provided
  • Delivering practical and classroom-based sessions
  • Supporting and mentoring learners into successful careers
  • 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday


The Person:

  • Background in Fabrication & Welding
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent vocational qualification
  • No prior teaching experience required
