Estimator - Controls & Automation (MEP/Construction)
$100,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus + Generous PTO + Health, Dental & Vision + Career Progression
New York (Commutable from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Long Island, Jersey City, Newark) - Hybrid/Remote considered

This role would suit an Estimator or Project Engineer/Manager from an MEP, Mechanical, or Controls background, looking for progression, flexibility, and the chance to be a future leader in a growing department.

The Role

  • Prepare bids, proposals, and cost estimates for a wide range of high-value projects.
  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best terms and ensure project success.
  • Play a key role in shaping the estimating function, with clear progression into leadership.
