Your responsibilities will include producing accurate estimates for hospitality projects, analysing project plans and requirements, and collaborating with suppliers and teams to deliver winning bids.

The Role:
- Create detailed and accurate cost estimates for hotel renovation projects.
- Evaluate blueprints, site conditions, and specifications to prepare competitive bids.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to develop project budgets.
The Person:
- Estimating experience.
- Commercial construction experience.
- US work authorization.
