In this role, you will prepare detailed cost estimates, manage bid packages, and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. You will play a key role in preconstruction, ensuring accurate budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting successful project delivery.
This role would suit an Estimator from a healthcare or commercial background who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow within a company that supports long-term career development.
The Role:
- Commercial Construction Estimator
- Prepare detailed estimates and quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications
- Manage the bid process from pre-construction through turnover
The Person:
- Experience estimating commercial or healthcare construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, designs, and drawings
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
