$42,000 - $44,000 (OTE Year 1 realistic: $60,000- $70,000k)

The Role:
- Identifying leads
- Sales, cold calling and building your client base
- Relationship building
- Interviewing
- Providing an unbeatable service for both clients and candidates

- Earn 10-40% commission on everything that you invoice
- Progress through a clear and meritocratic structure
The Person:
- Any previous experience working within sales beneficial
- Be able to show examples of being a high achiever and succeeding in personal life, sport, education, work, or others!
- Excellent communicator
- Positive, resilient & goal driven to succeed
