Engineering Supervisor (Marine)
$90k-$120k + Training + Progression + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life + PTO + 401(k)

Are you an experienced Engineering Supervisor from the Marine industry, looking for a role where you can lead high-value projects and mentor a team of skilled engineers and designers?
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a renowned marine manufacturing company, taking ownership of the Metals & Structures Value Stream. You'll lead a cross-functional team of Project Engineers, Process Engineers, and CAD Designers, overseeing everything from structural design and engineering to vessel construction and refits.

You will be responsible for managing all engineering activities in the Metals & Structures Value Stream, ensuring designs meet marine structural standards, class/flag requirements, and customer specifications, while supporting production teams in delivering on-time and on-budget builds.
The Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and quality teams
- Implement engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and advanced marine materials and technologies
The Candidate:
- From a Marine Background
- Shipbuilding experience
- Structural Engineering experience
