This drinks/beverage business are leading suppliers of innovative technology for drinks producers and due to expansion to date and further growth plans they are seeking an ambitious Engineering Service Manager to lead their engineering function.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all engineering department activities from people management of engineering staff, managing departments budgets through to directing project installations and commissioning and all project management from point of sale.
This role is predominantly based from their new state-of-the-art premise just outside of Towcester, with some travel to customer location to assist on site.
This role would suit a Team Lead/Supervisor level engineer from a drink/beverage/food background, looking to take the next step in their career into a senior management role.
This is a fantastic chance to step into a senior position, working for an expanding company whilst taking lead on all engineering function.
THE ROLE:
*Overseeing all engineering function
*Management of engineering team - recruiting, managing, training, H&S
*Project management of installations and commissioning
*Provide industry technical lead
THE PERSON:
*Drinks/Beverage Industry preferred
*Experience in a team leading/supervisory role
*Service Engineering background
*Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
