The Role:
*Lead and develop high-performing Mechanical and Electrical engineering teams
*Drive product development and automation strategy across all projects
*Oversee engineering budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure success
* Implement engineering processes into the environment
The Person:
Previous experience in a director or management of engineering role
Electrical engineering background with basic mechanical knowledge
Passion for developing people and processes
Background in either automation, material handling, machinery or transferable
