£55,000 - £65,000 + Training, Leadership Development, Health Cash Plan & Benefits
Brighton (Commutable from: Hove, Worthing, Lewes, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Eastbourne)

Are you an Engineering Manager from a manufacturing or cleanroom environment looking for progression, leadership development and a role where you can make a real impact?

In this role, you'll support the Head of Engineering, lead maintenance activities, manage CAPAs, deliver calibration and plant programmes, oversee contractors and support continuous improvement across the sites while benefiting from technical and leadership development.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager from a manufacturing or GMP-focused environment looking for progression, training and the chance to support a growing, purpose-led organisation.

The Role:
