The company specialize in the manufacture and supply of precast concrete for underground applications. Due to their success, they are looking to grow the team and add an Engineering Manager.
The role would suit someone that has overseen manufacturing and the design for civil utilities (underground) or drainage.
The role:
- Lead and develop a 40-person engineering and design team, improving processes, performance, and delivery.
- Drive strategic improvements across manufacturing, operations, and engineering during a major phase of company growth.
- Own key decisions, influence cross-functional teams, and progress toward a future VP-level leadership path.
The candidate:
- Experienced engineering/design leader with civil, utilities, or manufacturing background.
- Strong people manager who can elevate teams and drive improvements.
- Motivated by ownership, influence, and progressing toward senior leadership.
