£45,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Autonomy + Technical Expertise + Pension + Private Healthcare + Life assurance + 33 days holiday

Are you an Electronic Engineer with experience in electronics design, electronics manufacturing standards, product development and medium voltage systems (soft starters, switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers) looking to join an industry leading, innovative global company who can offer you the opportunity to be seen as a technical expert in your field, great work life balance and the exposure to new and exciting projects.

In this role you will okay a pivotal part in both the UK and US teams product development function, this will include contributing to the design and development of products with embedded PIC microcontrollers, supporting product certification processes and ensuring compliance with global standards, contributing to the wider product development lifecycle, including circuit design, power electronics, testing, thermal analysis, and PC-based remote-control tools

This role would suit an Electronic Engineer with experience and knowledge in electronics design, electronics manufacturing standards, product development and medium voltage systems looking to take the next exciting step in their career.

The Role:

  • Electronic Development Engineer
  • Design, test, and standards/processes for electronic systems and components
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and installation guides
  • Supporting both UK and US product development


The Person:

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, electronic design and product development processes
  • Experience in designing and implementing medium voltage electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commutable from: Plymouth, Ivybridge, Totnes, Torquay, Newton Abbot, Exeter and the surrounding areas
