Excellent opportunity for an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Manager to step into an operational role, where you'll be a key player in the management of external assembly partners for a niche manufacturer, with ambitious growth plans!

This electro-mechanical box building manufacturer have amassed a successful reputation for themselves in the circular economy space. To drive future growth plans, they are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembly Manager to handle technical oversight, supplier management and operational control of the box builds.
In this role you'll be managing external assembly partners across the UK and Europe. You'll coordinate multiple build sites, ensure consistent quality and throughout, manage large BOMs, and help improve the efficiency of production process.
This is a fantastic chance to utilise your Electro-Mechanical Assembly background in an operational/management function, where you'll be a key driver in company efficiencies and growth, all whilst having the opportunity to progress your career to a Head of Supply role.
THE ROLE:
*Manage external assembly partners across UK & Europe - site visits to monitor build progress and quality
*Work with suppliers on lead times & component availability
*Review and maintain build documentation and work instruction
*Site based in Stoke with travel to external partners across the UK & Ireland
THE PERSON:
*Electro-Mechanical Assembly experience with Box Builds
*Management experience (People & Supplier/Operational)
*Experience working with external suppliers/manufacturers/assembly plants
*Driver
