Are you an electrician with a strong background in domestic electrical installation?

Do you want to move away from the tools into a Monday to Friday role where you will work with the next generation of electricians?

Their Electrical Installation department is rapidly expanding, delivering high-quality apprenticeships to a wide range of employers across the region. They use a rigorous selection process for all of their apprentices, ensuring high-quality learners who go on to work with some of the top engineering firms in the country.

In this position, you'll be responsible for teaching and guiding apprentices through their electrical installation qualifications. You'll work with small, consistent groups of learners, allowing you to build strong relationships and make a real impact on their development. Lessons are delivered in a modern, fully equipped training centre, designed to provide the best possible environment for both teaching and learning.

The Ideal candidate would be a Level 3 qualified electrician who is looking to move off the tools into a training role. You do not need teaching experience just industry experience and a passion to move into training.
