Electrical Superintendent
$95,000 - $115,000 + Progression + Company Vehicle + Training + Bonus + ESOP + Full Company-Paid Benefits + PTO

On offer is the chance to oversee multiple projects, manage field crews and subcontractors, and act as the primary on-site representative while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
This role would suit a Foreman or Superintendent ready to step up into an important role and is looking for long-term growth to senior leadership positions as well as great benefits, a bonus and a company vehicle.
The Role:
- Oversee one or multiple small-to-medium electrical projects simultaneously
- Coordinate schedules across departments and subcontractors from startup through closeout
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to field personnel
The Candidate:
- Commercial and multi-family electrical construction project experience
- Relevant field leadership background as Foreman or Superintendent
