Electrical Site Manager (Solar PV)
Canterbury
£40,000 - £60,000 + Vehicle + Training + Holidays + Pension + Commission Opportunities
Are you an experienced electrician who is looking for the opportunity to move into a hybrid role with a combination in a hands on/off the tools responsibilities in a Site Management based role?

This company install quality renewable energy systems to new and existing buildings to a wide variety of businesses across the UK. They install domestic systems for local customers and commercial clients further afield, having built a very good reputation over the years they are in an exciting period of growth and as such they are looking for a new Site Manager to join their team.
In this role you will lead Commercial and Domestic solar PV installations, the majority of work will be local but there will be some requirements further afield. Your day to day will involve overseeing the installation and commissioning of PV systems, assisting with surveys and liaising with the wider team to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Solar PV installation and commissioning as well as experience managing a team. You will also need a full driving license and be comfortable being in a field based role with the occasional stay away.
The Role:
*Site Manager (Solar PV)
*Commercial and Domestic projects
*Leading installation and commissioning of Solar PV systems
*Majority of work is local, Commercial work can be further afield
*Nominated person for signing off MCS and NAPIT Accreditations
*Monday-Friday
The Person:
*Qualified commercial electrician (AM2 desirable)
*Good knowledge of AC/DC cabling
*Installation and commissioning of Inverters and batteries
*Full UK driving license
