Electrical Maintenance Technician (Full Training / Career Progression)

Site Based - South Kensington, London (Commutable from Hammersmith, Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington, Acton, Ealing and surrounding areas)
Rotating Bi-Weekly Shift Pattern - 35 Hour Working Week

In this role, you will carry out both reactive and planned electrical maintenance across a wide range of systems and facilities. You'll work on varied plant equipment, develop your technical expertise, and contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of a complex and high-profile environment.
This position would suit an Electrical Engineer or Electrician with experience in maintenance, looking for a stable, long-term role with excellent training, progression opportunities, and a highly attractive benefits package.
The Role:
Reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and plant equipment
Fault finding, servicing and repairs across a large and varied estate
Working within a team to ensure all facilities remain fully operational
Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety standards
The Person:
Electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship or equivalent)
Experience within a maintenance environment (commercial, industrial or facilities)
Knowledge of systems such as pumps, AHUs, HVAC, or similar plant equipment
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
