Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Progression into Management)

£37,000 - £45,000 DOE + Training + Progression + Days Based + Autonomy + Overtime + Bonus + Pension + Holiday

This company have been established for over 100 years and are market leaders in their product. Supplying to clients nationwide, due to ongoing growth and success they are in need of an experienced engineer to champion the maintenance of machinery on site.
In this role you will you will work hands on with a small team of maintenance engineers to ensure production runs smoothly, minimising downtime and increasing machine efficiency; repairing bearings, chain sprockets, inverters, etc as required.
The ideal candidate will be an Electrically biased engineer with a qualification such as 17th or 18th edition looking to step into a management role. Candidates who already have leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.
The role:
- Lead Engineer of a small maintenance team
- 07:00 - 16:00 Mon - Fri + Call Outs (avg 1 x month)
- Site based, hands on engineering role
The person:
- Multiskilled, experience with both Electrical and Mechanical maintenance
- Lives commutable to Yeovil
- Passion to make a difference and lead a team
