Are you an Electrician with a strong background in Electrical Installation?

Do you want to move away from the tools into a Monday to Friday role where you will work with the next generation of electricians?

Their Electrical Installation department is rapidly expanding, delivering high-quality apprenticeships to a wide range of employers across the region. They use a rigorous selection process for all their apprentices, ensuring high-quality learners who go on to work with some of the top engineering firms in the country.

In this position, you'll be responsible for supporting the tutors with their practical and workshop sessions, you will also do some teaching and training with the apprentices around one or two days of teaching a week and working in the workshop as support the rest of the time.

The ideal candidate would be a Level 3 qualified electrician who has experience working with apprentices in an industrial setting, who is looking to move off the tools and into a training role. You do not need teaching experience, just experience in installations and working with apprentices.
