$180,000 - $200,000 + Progression to VP + Bonus + Overtime + 3-6 weeks PTO + Excellent Benefits + 401k matching up to 6%

The Role:
*Lead and manage electrical design projects (municipal buildings, water and wastewater facilities, petroleum refineries, and manufacturing plants)
*Progression into senior leadership positions within the business, including VP-level opportunities
*Offers stock options and a full relocation package for the right candidate
The Candidate:
*Background in Industrial Electrical Engineering
*Ability to lead and manage teams
*Strong interest in ongoing training and leadership development
*P.E. license preferred
