The Role
- Provide technical support and lead design changes related to electrical wiring and cables in submersible motors.
- Evaluate performance impacts and implement design modifications.
- Coordinate with project management and supply chain teams.
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment issues and support OEM order execution.
The Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Expertise in submersible motors, VFDs, soft starts, and electrical control devices.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
