Are you an Electrical Engineer looking to take ownership of a role and shape how electrical design is done in-house?

This is a brand-new position with a company that's seen rapid growth and continues to expand. After tripling in size, they're now bringing all electrical design in-house, and you'll be the first to lead it.

Based in Tulsa, you'll be responsible for designing complex electrical systems from the ground up, working closely with engineers, designers, and production teams across multiple locations. It's a varied, full-cycle role with the autonomy to set direction and make a real impact from day one.

The Role:

  • Lead electrical design projects from initial concept through to production

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations

  • Own layouts, schematics, planning, and system documentation

  • Monday to Friday (day-based role with flexible hours)

The Person:

  • Experienced in electrical design for fabricated or industrial products

  • Proficient in SolidWorks and confident working in a production setting

  • Knowledge of control panels, industrial power systems, or equipment wiring

  • Willing to travel occasionally (around 10%)
