Electrical Engineer
Hull (Office Based)
£40,000 - £60,000 + 33 days holiday + Hybrid Working + Cycle to Work
Are you a proven Electrical Design Engineer with knowledge of Building Services, District Heating, or Energy projects and looking to join a well-established business design company, in a role where you will build a team around you to work on ground-breaking projects?
This company is going through a sustainable growth period and is looking to expand its Electrical Design team into an integral part of the business. With them being at the forefront of the industry, they have worked on some of the largest projects in the UK and Europe, offering something different than other design companies can offer. They have an exciting opportunity for someone to come in, hit the ground running, and have a team built around them.
This role is a design-heavy position, you will be part of the electrical team that will support the Projects team throughout the construction of projects, and you will be heavily involved in designing District Heating and Large-scale Heat Pump solutions inside the commercial and industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate will be educated to a Degree Level in Electrical Engineering or have equal experience through a HND/HNC. They must also have 2+ years of experience in delivering Electrical Engineering solutions in a similar role.

The Role:
- Office-based with Hybrid Working
- Involvement in developing and eventually overseeing a team of designing engineers
- Involvement in all aspects of the design process
- Supporting the Projects Team on District Heating and Large Scale Heat Pump schemes
- Inputting into Business Development, bid, and tender activities
The Person:
- Educated to Degree level or HND/HNC level in Electrical Engineering
- Proven Experience in carrying out Electrical Designs and Calculations
- Previous experience in renewable energy or interest in this sector
