This company are an interdisciplinary building design consultancy who currently work predominantly in the education sector, but are looking to expand into residential and commercial works. This company pride themselves on internal career progression with past graduates now holding partner roles. They are moving from strength to strength with steady business and are continually growing their client base.
In this role you will be carrying out site work across the south east as necessary. The building design and services work will be diverse and changing, across the educational sector. This role is largely facilities management related and will be autonomous with hybrid working and the ability to manage your own workload, with support from the wider team.
The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who has worked in a similar role and has a good understanding of building services and facilities management. This role offers great scope to become a mentor to others and progress to managing and partner roles.

The role:
- Playing a key role in full building design projects
- Efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously, varying in size, value and complexity.
- Liaising with and managing client and external stakeholder relationships.
The person:
- Electrical engineering degree
- AutoCAD/Design experience
- Previous experience in the Building Services sector
- Full driving license
