On offer is a pivotal role managing the full design lifecycle of bespoke Medium Voltage solutions. This position provides a higher level of technical status, focusing on the intricate controls and complex wiring unique to MV projects. To ensure you remain an industry leader, you will benefit from a unique 'whole-team' weekly training initiative where senior experts share specialist knowledge across both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
This role would suit an Electrical Design Engineer with a specialist focus on Medium Voltage switchgear and switchboards looking for greater technical complexity and a fast-track to management.
The Role:
- Lead the design of complex MV switchgear, including 2D elevation views, section views, and electrical schematics.
- Manage the submittal and approval phase, focusing on intricate controls and advanced wiring systems.
- Receive specialist technical training via weekly sessions and direct mentorship from VPs and Senior Leadership.
The Person:
- Electrical Design, specifically within power distribution (Switchgear/Switchboards).
- Advanced technical understanding of Medium Voltage (MV) controls, complex wiring, and circuitry.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
