On offer is an exciting opportunity with a clear route to Senior Controls Engineer and further management. In this role, you will be trained to oversee engineering projects across multiple sites, supporting maintenance operations and the installation of new equipment.
This role is perfect for a Controls Engineer seeking significant responsibility, where their contributions will directly influence the company's success and bring their ideas to life.
The Role:
- Programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Structured training and mentorship from the Engineering Manager to support progression into senior roles.
- Assisting the Maintenance team with the repair, commissioning, and installation of new state-of-the-art machinery.
The Person:
- Experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Ambition to progress into senior engineering roles and lead engineering projects across multiple sites.
