This expanding manufacturer, recognised worldwide for its pioneering engineered systems, is investing heavily in its North Yorkshire operations and recruiting skilled Assembly Technicians to take ownership of their high-value projects. You'll conduct assembly, wiring and soldering work on sophisticated electrical and electronic systems, and test, fault-find and troubleshoot at component-level to ensure highly-regulated quality standards are consistently met.
This role suits candidates with proven electrical assembly or wiring experience who are confident working autonomously and enjoy taking responsibility for high-quality technical work.
The Role
- Assemble, wire and solder complex electrical/electronic assemblies, including control panels, PCBs, and harnesses
- Test, troubleshoot, perform component-level repairs, and maintain strict quality standards
- Taking on a more senior role within the team
The Person
- Experienced in Electrical Assembly, Panel Wiring, or similar senior hands-on role; Ex-Forces / REME encouraged to APPLY
- Confident working independently with strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of a variety of electrical/electronic systems. Able to interpret drawings and meet deadlines
