Electrical Assembler (Progression to Team Leader)
£30,000 - £32,000 + Progression to Team Leader + Autonomy + Training + Annual leave on birthdays + Monthly Shopping Vouchers (£600 per year) + Christmas Bonus
Commutable from Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, Derby, Burton-on-Trent, Newark, and surrounding areas

This company supply, distribute and build electrical appliances across the food and baking industry. Due to continued growth they are looking for someone who can take ownership of the assembly department to allow for scalable growth in the future.
On offer is a highly autonomous role that will allow you to progress your career into a team leader position, where you will be hands on in the assembly of electrical appliances and products, leading another assembler, and establishing the department with new processes and procedures for future growth.
This role would suit someone with Electrical Assembly experience with some technical ability, who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours
- Electrical assembly of a wide range of products
- Leading a small team (1 other person to begin with)
- Taking ownership of department, implementing processes, growing team
The Person:
- Technical / electrical assembly background
- Looking to progress into a team leader position
- Good communication / customer service skills ideally
