In this role, you'll work closely with supervisors and department leaders to strengthen safety standards, improve working practices, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll lead OSHA reporting, workplace assessments, and hands-on safety training while acting as the main point of contact for all on-site safety matters.
This role would suit someone comfortable on the floor, approachable with employees, and confident influencing at all levels of the business.

The Role:
- Lead day-to-day EHS and safety activities across production and warehouse operations
- Manage OSHA reporting, compliance, and workplace safety assessments
- Provide hands-on safety guidance and support to supervisors and shop floor teams
- Deliver training and help embed strong safety standards across the site
The Person:
- Food and Beverage or similar manufacturing safety experience
- 3-5+ years in a Safety or EHS role
- Bilingual Spanish speaking (essential)
