Are you an Ecological Consultant looking to progress with a company that genuinely invests in personally tailored training and development?

This role sits within a well-established Ecology & Biodiversity team operating across Scotland, delivering high-quality environmental services on a wide range of infrastructure and development projects. The team offers a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong focus on technical excellence and continuous improvement.

You will work in a field and office based role, supporting projects throughout Scotland. Responsibilities include contributing to ecological surveys, producing site reports, and preparing Species Protection Plans across both short and long-term projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Ecological Consultant seeking long-term career stability and the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of an established Ecology & Biodiversity team.

The Role:

  • Conduct ecological surveys and assessments
  • Manage site and survey teams
  • Produce high-quality ecological reports and method statements (e.g., PEAR, EcIA, HRA)


The Person:

  • Record of being an Ecological Consultant in Scotland
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience with ecological surveys, habitat assessments, and protected species
  • Proven ability to manage site teams and deliver high-quality reports
