Are you experienced within an executive level sales role who is looking to join an exciting renewable start-up company with fantastic opportunities for company progression within the ever-expanding renewable energy sector?

On offer is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales leadership background to join a company where they will play an essential role in helping the company with their continued growth as well as be able to offer great value in their expansion into the UK.

This company specialises in the manufacturing of EV Charging systems across the UK, Europe and Asia. Due to continued success and an ongoing programme of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Director to join their highly professional company and further help drive the company forwards.

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's sales division, being overall accountable for sales performance. They will also help develop the company's overall sales strategy, ensuring the generation of future revenue in order to meet the growth demands of the company. There will also be a large amount of Sales to high-end, large-scale businesses across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a similar level sales position. They will also have experience developing companies' overall sales strategy as well as experience selling into commercial sectors (B2B). A driving license is a necessity for travel.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a proven Sales Director or Head of Sales to further progress their career within a rapidly growing EV company where you will be an essential cog in the company's continued success.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the UK EV market, staying ahead of trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

  • Build and lead a successful sales team, fostering a culture of success and opportunity.
  • Use your passion for sustainability and green technology to connect with clients who share our vision.
  • Identify potential clients (B2B) and implement sales strategies to penetrate new market leads and achieve projected sales targets.
  • Representing the company, attending industry activities, Collaborating with industry stakeholders and exploring partnership opportunities.

The Person:

  • Proven successes in B2B Sales within the energy sector.
  • Extremely strong communication skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and green technology.
  • Strategic thinker with results driven mindset
  • Located in or commutable to London.
