The Role:
- Lead, mentor, and develop your own small Projects team to ensure successful project delivery
- Take full ownership of project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and contract requirements
- Oversee field service operations to ensure efficiency, responsiveness, and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve performance
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership to solve complex project challenges
- Foster a high-performance, solutions-focused culture within the teams
The Person:
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in complex project environments
- Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
