The Role
- Originate and negotiate natural gas and power deals, including physical supply agreements, financial hedges, and structured products.
- Lead, grow, and develop a team, putting your own stamp on the department and shaping its long-term strategy.
- Optimize fuel procurement and power generation strategy to maximize profitability and manage risk.

The Candidate
- Proven expertise in natural gas procurement, hedging, and power origination.
- Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and risk management experience.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage, grow, and develop a team.
