$125,000 - $180,000 + Full Relocation Assistance + Bonus + Medical + Dental + Vision + PTO

On offer is a chance to spearhead the Asphalt Quality Control Division where you will be managing your team, visiting project sites, ensuring quality assurance across high-profile projects, and directly influencing company direction.
This role would suit a leader from the construction material testing looking to fast-track their career into Directorship and VP and mold a department into their own.
The Role:
- Lead and grow your own team across the country
- Direct involvement in business development, internal training, and strategy
- Progression into VP level role within 12 months for the right candidate
