£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression
This is an exciting opportunity for a Design Technician looking to join an established design and build Holiday Homes company. Where you will be working on high quality of projects in the Leisure sector. All whilst having full support on training and development opportunities and progression to Design Manager.
Are you a Design Technician with experience in designing Holiday Homes in the Leisure sector? Are you looking for further technical training and great opportunities to progress up to Design Manager?
This established Holiday Homes design and build company who operate within the Leisure sector provide a full design and build service of the projects. With them designing exactly to customer specification they offer a high-quality process which has meant they have found great success and continued to find it through their tenure. This is why they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce with this great opportunity.
In this role, you will have a number of responsibilities including producing and managing technical drawings for production. As well as, creating and managing cutting lists for production. You will be designing the Leisure and Holiday Homes from the chassis upwards so will be working on all aspects of the design following the customer specifications. Also, you will be attending handover meetings to ensure the project was complete to standard. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be assisting in the development of the products to help improve quality and costs.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be someone who has previous experience in designing cabins or lodges in the Leisure sector. As well as, you will have experience using AutoCAD so you are able to hit the ground running when you start.

- Previous experience in designing Holiday and Leisure Homes
- Commutable distance to their head office in Hull
- Proficient in AutoCAD and experience in SolidWorks (can be trained)
