This role would suit a strong technical leader with deep experience in mechanical system design, BIM/CAD management, and engineering team leadership.
The Role:
- Lead and develop the engineering team

- Travel to office locations for leadership and team development
The Candidate:
- Mechanical engineering or architectural experience
- AutoCAD/BIM experience
- Proven leadership experience
